ABOUT

YAEL ANDERS

Yael Anders is a Zurich based creative with her own studio for artistic projects. In her work, she is primarily focused on illustration. After completing her Matura in 2013, she studied art education and illustration at the Zurich University of the Arts and at the ENSAAMA in Paris, and received the ZHdK Art-Education Award in 2015. While still at high school, Yael Anders published her initial Agenda Editions and developed her first collection, consisting of screen prints, illustration works and sculptural objects, as part of her Matura thesis. During her studies, Yael Anders refined her illustrative handwriting, which still forms the basis of her artistic work today. The current collection includes ceramic objects, paper products, jewellery and illustrative works. Her works are exhibited and to be found at the Landesmuseum in Zurich, the Kunsthaus Bern and various locations in Switzerland. In 2021, Yael Anders launched a limited collection for the traditional Zurich house Modissa (Collectif Mon Amour), which was exhibited alongside various live performances on Zurich’s Bahnhofstrasse.

Further design collaborations followed, such as with Ikea, Adidas, Samsung and various others, which enabled Yael Anders to further establish herself as an independent designer. In addition to her design projects, Yael Anders organises socio-cultural projects for the city of Zurich, among others, which you can explore in her portfolio as well.

Hello, I am Yael Anders a swiss creative with my own atelier for artistic projects in Zurich. In my work, I primarily focus on illustration and the realization of all various creative projects. After completing my Matura in 2013, I studied at the Zurich University of the Arts and at the ENSAAMA in Paris and received the ZHdK Art-Education Award in 2015. During my studies, I’ve built up my atelier and refined my analog illustrative style, which forms the basis of my artistic work today. The current collection includes ceramic objects, stationary, jewelry, and illustrative works. My collection is displayed at the Landesmuseum in Zurich, the Kunsthaus Bern, and various locations in Switzerland.

I am always exploring new creative possibilities and new futuristic techniques and love to discover new things!

Let’s create!
